What Does My Team See?
Short answer: everyone on your team sees everything in the team workspace. That's how Team is built — one shared workspace so the whole crew quotes and invoices as one business.
What's shared with everyone
When you're on a Sammy Team, every member can see and work on:
- All estimates and proposals
- All invoices
- All projects
- Your shared client list
- Your shared kit library
- Your shared supplier list and pricing
- The message centre inbox with client replies
- Your business settings and the trained business brain
There's no "my estimates" versus "their estimates". If it's in the team, the team can see it.
Can I keep something private from my team?
No. Within a team there's no private area — the shared workspace is the whole idea. If you need to keep a job to yourself, it shouldn't go in the team workspace.
Does the team see who made each thing?
Yes. Every estimate, invoice and job is labelled with who created it, so you can always see who did what. But that label doesn't lock the work to one person — anyone on the team can still open and edit it.
Do my clients know I'm part of a team?
No. Your clients only ever see your business branding on proposals and invoices, exactly as before. The team setup is entirely behind the scenes.
What about billing — can members see the plan and payment details?
No. Only the owner manages billing and can see payment details. Admins and members can't view or change the plan or card details.
