Clients and Estimates

When you create an estimate, you can link it to a client. This:

  • Pre-fills the client's email when sending proposals
  • Associates the estimate with the client's activity history
  • Makes it easy to find past work for that client

Tips

  • Keep details current – Update email and phone when they change
  • Use business names – Helps when dealing with companies rather than individuals
  • Check history before quoting – Review past estimates to inform pricing
