Managing Your Subscription

View your current plan, upgrade to Pro, and manage your billing details all from the Billing settings.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar navigation
  2. Select the Billing tab

Subscription Plans

Basic (Free)

The free tier includes limited features to get you started.

Sammy Pro

$99.99/month – Full access to all features including:

  • Unlimited estimates
  • AI-powered estimate generation
  • Voice notes
  • Media uploads
  • Supplier reconciliation
  • Xero integration
  • Priority support

Viewing Your Current Plan

The Billing page shows:

  • Current Plan – Your subscription tier (Basic or Pro)
  • Renewal Date – When your subscription renews (for Pro users)
  • Trial Status – Days remaining if you're on a trial

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Complete the checkout process
  4. Your account upgrades immediately

Managing Your Subscription

If You Subscribed on Web (Stripe)

Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View and download past invoices
  • Change your billing details
  • Cancel your subscription

If You Subscribed on Mobile (App Store/Play Store)

Your subscription is managed through your device's app store:

  • iPhone/iPad – Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Android – Go to Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Viewing Billing History

The Billing page shows your payment history:

Click on any invoice to download a PDF copy for your records.

Upcoming Payments

If you have an active subscription, you'll see details of your next payment:

  • Next billing date
  • Amount due

Trial Information

If you're on a free trial:

  • Days Remaining – How many days left in your trial
  • Trial End Date – When your trial expires

After your trial ends, you can choose to upgrade to Pro or continue with the Basic plan.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Web Subscribers

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Select Cancel Subscription in the billing portal
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm

Mobile Subscribers

Cancel through your device's app store subscription settings.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your account reverts to the Basic plan
  • Your data is preserved – nothing is deleted
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore Pro features

Referral Rewards

If you've earned referral rewards, you'll see them displayed:

  • Trial Extension – Extra days added to your trial
  • Free Month – A month of Pro at no charge

Common Questions

How are subscriptions billed? Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment.

Can I get a refund? Contact support within 7 days of a payment for refund requests.

Do prices include GST? Yes, all prices shown include GST for Australian customers.
